Beginner advice

Postby Leon » Wed Jul 21, 2021 10:24 pm

Hi. I am a relative beginner. I have come to a standstill on Sydney Morning Herald Intermediate Sudoku. I would just like a hint as to what strategy I should research so I can learn and progress. I tried to attach a screenshot but it won’t let me (even though I reduced to 150kb - quota reached??). Is there any way I can get advice from this forum on this specific puzzle? Cheers

The most convenient way to share puzzles on the forum is in text form, either as a text grid or in a single line format. Have a look at some of the puzzles presented in the Puzzles section, for the format:

If you post a screenshot, then unless the next move is trivially obvious, someone else will end up having to transcribe it into text, and it may take longer for you to get a reply.
