solving r1c2 = 1;

now the followup is
r5c2 = 4

also note the cage of 15 in c2
is 7+8 (not 6+9)

I apologise, because I can't remember what cracked it. I think the cage of 9 in C9 was it, but I can't see it now. Anyway once I got that the whole thing rattled through
