sorry but block six, is that the block with foloowing entries:

and the row four:

62*******

and (6,6) shoul be the lower right corner in the middle block???

But I do not understand how you should go on....

Is that look for a three or is it look in box three in that block?

Yes, block and row as you describe. Look at where the digit 3 can be placed in block 6 and row 4. There's an interaction that allows you to eliminate candidates.
