Oh such a helpful piece! Yes, I'm a beginner, and no, I don't get the concepts of xwing,swordfish, xywing, and turbot fish. But your explanation was a very big help in encouraging me to look at the "big picture", as opposed to making hundreds of tiny pencil marks in each square and then erasing them along the way to a sometimes solution. Thanks for what you wrote.
