How to continue with this puzzle please ?

You identified an XYWing before completely doing the "basics" [whatever that means]!
Look carefully at row 1 and then at column 1

Also have a look at the arrangement of the 3's in Box 3 and Column 7.

Thank you, but could you more specific please ?

In Row 1 there is a locked quad 4569 in cells r1c4569 which removes the 4's and 6's from r1c137.

After the locked quad the only 6's in Row 1 are in Box2, so you can remove the 6's from cells r23c4.

Then in Column 1 there is locked triple 138 in cells r178c1 which removes 1 and 3 from r45c1.

This solves r4c1 = 6 and the rest of the puzzle should be easy.
