once again, i find myself being inspired by shye's great puzzles!

for those who manually solve like i do, shortly after i posted this, i found one with less tedious basics

The first one needs lots of forcing chains, undoable.

The second was nicer, only 1 or 2 forcing chains.
(no solution added for manual solvers)

needs?

6 in r8c7 gives the puzzle box symmetry, note the transformation from box symmetry does not impact the diagonal directly, but this would imply repeated 789 on the diagonal (where 9 goes for instance places symmetric 9s along the same diagonal)
given this has one solution, -6r8c7, and the puzzle solves with locked candidates
