Sudoku Players' Forum (clone)

Hi all. Recently started with Sudoku, love it. Downloaded and registered the program from Sadman (great, particularly because it works as a learning tool for me).

I'm having REAL trouble getting my head around the Swordfish technique. X-Wing and XY-Wing no problem, but Swordfish I can't seem to understand. Maybe I'm tired. Maybe I'm getting old. Maybe it's the beer ...

Someone please post a simple explanation ...

Sometimes the act of posing the question is all that's needed to unblock the brain cells. It just "clicked" for me ...
