Got really excited when I found the 2/4/9 triple in c1 but that didn't seem to help me much! Any suggestions?

the triple does help you, because it reveals an x-wing of 4s in columns 1,9 and rows 1,5 that gets rid of 4 in r1c67
then the puzzle solves with singles and one locked candidate
