Sudoku Players' Forum (clone)

I've just come across a Sudoku Solver Manual Version 1.6.9 20 February 2019. I'm now trying to find a site where I can download it from.

It leads you to a site run by a D Adler https://sudoku.dadler.net/ but I cannot download it from there & any suggestions are just non-comprehensible to me.

Has anybody got any ideas where I can get it? Or has anybody used it?

I am not going to use this because there are better programs.
