Look for any strong links on the digit you're investigating. Whenever there are two or more, check carefully for kites and skyscrapers.

Sorry for the late response. SteveG48 gave you already the key. You can also look at the link
on keith's trick. Colouring is also an interesting tool (see also here).

In addition to the skyscraper on digit 2, that others have mentioned, there is a Type 2 Unique Rectangle on digits 8,6 in rows 1-2. This leads to immediate placement of digit 6 in R9C7 as well as elimination of candidate 6 from R1C8 and R2C9.
