How to solve the end of this sudoku in a logical way? I can solve it with just entering a value and then check for a conflict, but I am sure there is some technique how to eliminate or confirm any values here!

You can use the Y-Wing strategy to eliminate the candidate in F1 and D5, which imply that F1 can only be 7 as show in the picture.
